Pasaji

We left the hustle-bustle of Mykonos to spend an afternoon at Ornos Beach. It's maybe a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. We had ATV's. We could park at Pasaji, lovely bathrooms (so changing was convenient), then they have a lovely restaurant and a beach club. We ate lunch then spent a couple of hours on the beach chairs. The food was lovely and the service was attentive. Not cheap, but a great place to spend an afternoon and we all swam in the Bay.

Beautiful saloon and restaurant. The idéal place in the evening for chicha and drinks. Magda is topissime. Omar is very pro for preparing chicha. Excellent food but international.

This is one of Mykonos`hidden gems. I don`t understand why everybody mentions the usual suspects (Cavo Paradiso, Scorpios) in their recommendations, but this place rarely gets mentioned on Reddit or Insta.
We loved everything about Pasaji, from decor to food, coffee, service and over all vibe, including other present guests. We were a party of 4 friends in our mid 40`s, and it is obvious the place caters to a less hip/ younger, more laid back crowd, because we felt very much in our element there. We spent around 10 hours here, from 11 AM to 9.30 PM, and we went through the whole menu, from coffee to desert, to lunch, wines, cocktails, beers, snacks, and we liked everything. The music was great (outstanding DJ who made us want to dance all day long), fantastic service, great food & drinks, decent prices. Our total check was around 800 euros, including sunbeds and towels for a whole day, in the first two lines next to the sea, which is very good value for money in Mykonos, in general, and for the things you get at Pasaji specifically.
I can`t recommend this place enough, if you want a break from the Instagram crowds and hang out with the normal tourists, who just want to have a good time old style.

I visited pasaji beach club with my friend, from London. We arrived at 9:40am and our sunbed booking was from 10am. On arrival the beach was empty but the attached restaurant had people eating. I approached the staff in the restaurant and the two women carried on their conversation with each other and just stared at me blankly as I approached them? They continued this right up until I reached them. When I told them I had a reservation etc they said the beach isn’t open till 10. And that’s it, there was no “you can wait here”, or even “hello how can I help you”. These women seemed to have forgotten they do actually work here? We finally got taken to the sunbeds at 10:15 where i had to ask for the menu three times. Then when it came to paying the server was wearing an ear piece and had so much attitude and arrogance. As I’m paying he’s speaking (laughing, joking) to his colleague through the ear piece and i m getting confused as I cannot tell when he is speaking to me.

I found this incredibly rude. Respectfully I’m not too sure what is so urgent as a beach attendant that you need to be taking payment from a customer while simultaneously speaking with someone else .

I found this was the case in most places in Mykonos the staff are extremely arrogant rude, there’s no: hello, good morning, please, thank you. My friend and I are extremely polite and far more respectful than half of the other clients.

My friend and I are well seasoned travellers having travelled Asia and the Middle East and Mykonos really highlighted that you cannot compare the service in the far east with Europe.

Pasaji management you really need to train your staff and remind them of their role. It’s not a good look to be snooty we’ve travelled the world and I won’t stand for such disrespect from a beach club in Mykonos I’m afraid.

Beach and restaurant were amazing. The service at the beach lounge chairs was friendly. They came and got us when our table was ready for lunch. The restaurant manager, staff and servers were friendly. Excellent food and drinks. It’s a little on the pricier side but worth it away away from the crowds. We spent a whole day relaxing, dining and good music.
