Agia Sophia, Mykonos
However, location is not the only charm of Villa Honey. It is truly outstanding in terms of both architecture and design. What sets it apart is how this villa fuses the traditional architectural elements and fairly modern décor to create a homely aura and ambience. Simple wooden furniture with colorful upholstery add a personality to the whole villa, which is further refined with the help of masterful painting and art pieces. There are two living rooms, two master bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining room – all of them offering direct access to verandas where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.
The outdoor area is a sight to behold and seems like it has been decorated and maintained by someone with great interest in plants and gardening. Bright colored flowers of local origin present an artistic contrast against white plaster and stoned walls. There is a pool area with enough space for sun lounges, barbeque, and outdoor dining.
Other than that Villa Honey has two guest houses that can accommodate four people, and a private church on the property. While the town and port are just five minutes away, Villa Honey is still one of the most peaceful dwellings on Mykonos.
