High up on a hill in the prestigious Castello di Reschio estate lies an imposing and utterly elegant exclusive mansion. Villa Noci is a 17th-century farmhouse fully renovated and restored, featuring beamed ceilings, wooden doors, rustic details, terracotta floors, and traditional Umbrian elements. Surrounded by a beautiful garden filled with flowers, fig-trees, cypresses, and olive trees, the enchanting villa invites up to 6 guests to its heart-stopping premises, with a promise to provide them with unforgettable moments and a royal stay – a promise well kept so far.
Villa Noci Specifics
Blending traditional Tuscany architecture with modern design harmoniously, the 350m2 3-bedroom luxury property features whitewashed walls, arched doors, French windows, stone-embellished exteriors, roomy dining, siting, and lounge areas, and the most complete list of amenities required for royal experiences. The residence consists of two buildings (1) the main house and (2) the guest house, located a few steps further from the central abode in the wider garden area.
An open floor plan layout is typical of Villa Noci that has been specifically redesigned to the highest standards to offer comfort, convenience, privacy, and style. Step inside the impressive entrance hall that leads to the living room and its inviting fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready to satisfy your culinary endeavours with dishes you or your personal chef will prepare. The adjacent dining room seats up to 6 guests, although you may also take your breakfast or diner outside. Simply open the balcony doors and enjoy all the natural beauty that encircles you.
Peaceful and quiet moments with a good book at hand are also an option on this floor, which is equipped with a dedicated reading room, also featuring a sound system and a satellite TV. A guest WC is also found on the entrance level.
Come here to spend some me-time, relax, and savour a good night’s sleep after a long (but rewarding) day exploring the Tuscany charms. A bedroom-only floor that hosts a total of two en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with slightly more amenities and comforts than the second, double-bed room. Expect dressing and study spaces and access to the captivating outdoor patio through balcony doors. The smaller bedroom, on the other hand, offers window views of the mind-blowing Umbrian valley and a walk-in closet. Regardless, both will pamper your senses just the same.
You can consider this floor as a private hideout – a sanctuary if you wish. Here, you will be greeted with a study room (feel free to choose any of the books in the library for your pastime), as well as a sound system and TV.
It has its own entrance and is situated away from the main house, though close enough to all the outdoor delights you may want to savour. The ground level hosts a kitchenette, sitting area, and a laundry room, while the upper floor is where the chic en-suite bedroom lies. As expected, the views from here are also captivating, especially when the sun sets behind the horizon, painting the valley with shades of gold, orange, and red.
A double overflow infinity pool awaits to offer you a refreshing dive. Done with your morning swim? Don’t hesitate to soak up the warm rays of the Mediterranean sky or have your morning cappuccino at the breakfast table or any of the outdoor spaces designed to accommodate your needs. Pergolas, a wooden oven, and lots of green spaces and lush land create an appealing, almost beguiling, backdrop for your dreamy Tuscany holidays.
