One of our luxury Mykonos villasis a private waterfront exclusive property situated in prestigious Agrari region, a breath away from the famous Elia beach and the Mykonos capital. Sitting in a 4.000 m2 plot and bearing features from traditional Cycladic architecture, with vaulted wooden ceilings, rustic furnishing, charming island-style décor, and stone details, the 6-bedroom abode can accommodate up to 12 people.

Besides the luxurious 265m2 property, two independent guest houses contribute to an added sense of relaxation and privacy.

Main House (sleeps 6 people)

  • Entrance Floor – Villa Eva welcomes you to a lavish dining area and a stylish, fully-equipped kitchen. The minimalist living room comes with a fireplace. The floor also has a guest bathroom, as well as two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds—sharing an opulent bath.
  • Upper Floor – Enjoy your personal time and seclusion in your double en-suite bedroom. The views from your private balcony are spellbinding. As for the outdoor lounge area, it is a perfect spot to savour your breakfast or just soak up the sun.

Guest House #1 (sleeps 2 people)

An independent property with its own entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and double en-suite bedroom; all sharing the same amount of grandeur of the main villa.

Guest House #2 (sleeps 4 people)

It is the twin of the first guest house but has an extra bedroom with a bunk bed, and an ornate bathroom, which make it ideal for families with children.

Everything about the outdoor area is delightful, as it offers extensive sunset and sea views from almost every spot, from the magnificent infinity pool and outdoor dining areas to the appealing lounge spaces and inviting BBQ area.
