On the entrance level, another spacious bedroom provides private space for your guests with en suite baths and a separate entrance to the garden and swimming pool. The commodious entertainment spaces on the lower level are the epitome of relaxed and modern sleek space with TV, home theatre, and surround sound. A WC on this level is available for guest needs. The kitchen bar and living room face glass doors that open to the pool terrace. The fully equipped modern kitchen will serve your cooking needs for simple breakfasts or an elegant party dinner.
The lower level offers two independent apartments for your guests. They access an outdoor area with a gym, the garden, and a children’s play area. One apartment is ideal for children, a nanny or teenagers. The large bedroom has a double bed with bath and shower. The sitting area has a large double bed with TV. A kitchen for preparing meals completes the apartment. Outside is a shaded sitting area with a sofa, a play area, a garden and a view over the pool.
The second apartment has a bedroom with a double bed a bathroom and shower. The kitchen and sitting area with TV access the outdoor gym and shaded sitting area has a lovely garden view.
