Privacy and Space...
The spacious living room is furnished in Myconian white, with large doors opening to the terrace. The dining area is open and provides a stupendous ocean view to accompany any meal. The extra-large kitchen (40 m2) is furnished with Gaggenau state-of-the-art appliances to easily prepare a quick breakfast or a party feast.
The pool level contains three sumptuous suites. Suite one has a stylish layout with a private terrace overlooking the sea. The perfect spot for a cocktail. The second suite features a separate bedroom and a personal office. Along with the bath, guests can relax on their own terrace with stunning views. The third suite (40 m2) features rustic decoration and a private terrace with sun loungers offering panoramic views of the sea and sunset.
The upper level suite also has a corner office space and a spacious balcony. Along with the en-suite bath, your guest can refresh themselves in their personal hammam (Turkish bath).
At the lower jacuzzi level, two suites offer differing styles. The grand suite has an open plan, contributing to the spacious feel of the 48 m2 apartment. Outside, a large terrace is the perfect place to relax in quiet privacy while enjoying the view. The terrace has a jacuzzi and outdoor dining.
The second suite is minimalist in style, allowing your guests to focus on peaceful serenity. The large terrace extends the tranquility with a jacuzzi and relaxing loungers, as well as an outdoor dining area.

Outdoor Terrace and Pool
The covered outdoor dining area looks over the pool toward the spectacular sea beyond Ftelia beach. Take a dip in the pool or relax on the sun loungers. Enjoy evening cocktails and watch the sun set over the water. The terrace is the perfect location for a joyous party complete with sumptuous food, drinks, and cocktails.
