The entire estate offers fantastic views of the area, with Villa Charisma located only 5 minutes away from Agios Stefanos beach. Want to bring your pet pooch along on the trip? The layout

The Cycladic stonework and the exquisite architecture are the perfect marriage, which gives birth to a strategic design. The entire villa has two levels; the first one has a sitting area, a fireplace you can get cozy in front of and an open air dining space that can have occupants distracted by the awe-inspiring landscape. You will also find sun beds, a Jacuzzi and a barbecue setting over here. It is also on a level with 3 main bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

The second level has an independent entrance for the lower ground floor. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen while watching your favorite food channel. You can pick any of the 4 bedrooms, each with king-sized beds. There is a modern gym, a dining area, a massage room, skylight, a lower level pool and incredible views of the sea.
