At the front of the courtyard, a small terrace offers unobstructed views of the Mykonian seascape. A wooden door leads from the courtyard to a living room with adjacent breakfast and dining area, which is also accessed through the main entrance. Modern elements blend seamlessly into the décor granting a contemporary twist to the brutal sculptural forms of the 70s. The minimalistic ornamentation and lack of color draws attention to the large window which offers fabulous views of the Aegean. The kitchen is ultra-modern and fully equipped to serve cooking enthusiasts. An interesting mezzanine that is used as a lounging area leads to the courtyard, which in turn leads to the rest of the living areas.

The bedrooms are designed in the same concept, with stark-white surfaces and beddings creating an ultimately relaxing atmosphere. Wood-framed windows offer soothing views of the harbor and let the cool night breezes in. The ground floor comprises of two independent guest studios.
