Room 3: double sofa-bed with ensuite bathroom [2] - no window

Rooms 2 & 3 can be connected

Room 4: double bedroom with office desk, sofa, large wardrobes and [A/C]- access to the outdoor area through balcony doors with ensuite bathroom
