Description
At Villa Linda, arguably one of the most exclusive holidays villas in Mykonos in our current portfolio, every moment is a chance to create lasting memories. The elegant mansion is designed to make the most of its captivating location, at the elite Leno Area, offering guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the idyllic Mykonian lifestyle.
Following the lines of traditional Cycladic architecture, it dazzles with features like whitewashed walls with stone embellishments, cubic structures, flat roofs, arches, vaulted ceilings, and a plethora of massive windows and balcony doors. Be prepared for a heart-leap after soaking in unhampered views of the glorious Aegean Sea that stretch for as far as the eye can see, blurring the line where it meets with the azure of the Mediterranean sky....
...Why rent Villa Linda
Let the day unfold by waking up in one of the mansion’s sea-view master bedrooms. With the first warm rays of sunshine pouring through the balcony doors, enjoy captivating views of the Aegean Sea right from your queen-size bed. Take in the tranquillity exuded from your beautiful and quiet surroundings and perform your morning rituals, such as meditation or yoga, take a few moments to appreciate the beauty that lies around you, or head straight to the open-plan fully equipped kitchen for the first meal of the day.
Speaking of breakfast, it becomes a delightful affair at Villa Linda. The top-of-the-range Smeg appliances make it a joy to prepare palate-pleasing morning meals that can be savoured in the outdoor dining area. Or better yet, take it outside and dine alfresco by the pool while basking in the glorious morning sun.
The beating heart of the outdoor areas is the villa’s well-designed, heated infinity pool, where you can spend a sun-drenched afternoon lounging on a poolside chair or cooling off with a refreshing dip. As for the outdoor shower, it is a convenient feature that allows the seamless and easy transition from pool to mansion.
The lounge area in the upper-level bedrooms is the perfect spot to retire in the afternoon, providing cosy nooks to indulge in a good book or simply enjoy the stunning seascapes stretching below your feet. And, as dusk descends, gather your loved ones at the dining space outdoors for a wonderful dinner under the stars. There, let yourself loose to enjoy the delicate flavours of local cuisine, with the mesmerising views of the Mykonian landscape and the soothing sounds of nature creating the dreamiest backdrop.
Nearby amenities and things to do
The mansion’s prime location in the Leno Area places you in close proximity to many of the island’s top attractions. The nearest beach is Platis Gialos, a picturesque villas and resort featuring a namesake sandy beach tucked in a sheltered bay. The area is lined with waterfront tavernas serving palate-caressing fish dishes, bars, and seafood restaurants. It is also a fantastic spot for water sports enthusiasts, especially parasailing and windsurfing fans. From there, you can take the taxi-boat and reach any of the more secluded shores along the south coast.
Other than that, Mykonos Town is a short drive away. This means that you have easy access to its lively nightlife, attractive landmarks, scenic cobbled streets, galleries, museums, designer stores, and iconic party scene. Psarou and Ornos are also easily accessible for leisure days and lounging at their beaches featuring crystalline waters. For something really special, you may consider a sunset cruise or a wine-tasting endeavour at a local winery!
